Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Aurion Digital Solutions, LLC website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site and our services
Aurion provides advertising, lead generation, AI receptionist, automation, CRM, website and related digital services. The Site is informational. Service descriptions are general and are not a binding offer. The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and other terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Demonstrations and examples
Demonstrations on the Site, including the sample receptionist conversation and the sample interfaces, are illustrative. They are not recordings of real calls, are not client work, and are not a promise of performance. Any numbers shown in examples are illustrative.
Call requests
Submitting the call-request form sends us a request. It does not create an appointment or an agreement. We will reply to arrange a time.
Aurion Assistant
The Aurion Assistant is an automated AI system. Its replies may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Confirm anything important with us directly.
Automated systems and call handling
Our AI receptionist services use automated systems that may occasionally misunderstand speech, misroute a call or record information inaccurately. Clients remain responsible for reviewing bookings and messages, maintaining an appropriate human fallback, and making any call-recording disclosures required by law where they operate.
Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, or submit automated or abusive requests to its forms or assistant.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site, including text, graphics, the Aurion name and logo, layouts and software, belongs to Aurion Digital Solutions, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute it without our written permission. Other trademarks named on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue or business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurion Digital Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Aurion Digital Solutions, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
