Overview

Aurion Digital Solutions, LLC ("Aurion," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit aurionds.com (the "Site"), how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

When you submit the call-request form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, website, industry, the services you're interested in, a description of what you'd like to improve, your email address, phone number (if provided), contact preference and any additional details. You may also share information with us by email or during a call.

If you use the Aurion Assistant, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate replies. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, which is used for security and to keep the Site running. To limit repeated or automated submissions, we keep short-lived counters keyed to a one-way hash of your IP address and email address, not the values themselves. The Site stores small items in your browser's session storage (for example, an unsent form draft or chat history) that are cleared when you close the tab.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, arrange and hold strategy calls, provide and improve our services, and send relevant follow-up about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop these communications at any time.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers we use to operate the Site and our business, and only as needed to process and respond to your request. These include our website and database host, the email and spreadsheet providers we use to receive and track enquiries, a security service that stores only the hashed counters described above, our AI model provider for the Aurion Assistant, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps protect forms and chat from automated abuse. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Client data we process for others

This policy covers information collected through the Site. It does not cover information we process on behalf of business clients when providing AI receptionist, automation or related services; in those cases the client's own privacy policy and our agreement with that client govern the information.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to limit how we use it, by emailing auriondsolutions@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the date above when we do. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
